To Our TWS Customers,
Due to the extremely high volume of sales for firearms we are currently operating at a 8-12 week ship time for website orders, in-store orders, telephone orders, GunBroker orders and dealer sales. Additionally, the telephones are ringing off the hook so we have brought in additional personnel to help answer the high call volume. The best way to contact us is by email at info@twsarms.com. We will respond as soon as we can. Please reference your order number when sending your payment or inquiry. Send all checks to TWS, 2578 Clark St., #1, Apopka, FL 32703. Have your FFL dealer reference your name when he sends his FFL. Send FFL’s to ffl@twsarms.com. All firearm purchases are made to order, so as you place your order and make payment your order is placed in the queue for processing. We sell firearms through multiple venues, TWS online website (retail), telephone (retail), in-store (retail), Florida gun shows (retail), GunBroker (retail) and dealer sales. We allot a certain number of firearms for each of these categories. Whichever venue you placed your order through the ship time promised will be honored. If you placed your order online, you cannot pick up the order at our store before the promised ship time. It will not be available for pickup until the promised time for delivery is due. We do not accept credit cards as our credit card processing company (NPC) refuses to process firearm sales due to the increase in volume and their general anti-gun bias. We order parts from our suppliers and have increased our parts orders based on our anticipated volume and our ability to fill customer orders. We have placed orders with our suppliers, above our normal allotments to meet the increased demand, thus obligating us to purchase the additional parts on a recurring basis for as much as six months to a year. As a result, when there is a cancellation of an order, we must still pay for the parts we ordered to fulfill customer orders. Accordingly, we have a 20% cancellation/restocking fee for all orders if that cancellation is made before the promised shipping time. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you will understand as we strive to ensure prompt delivery of a fine quality AR platform rifle from TWS. If you fell that you need to have your money refunded for a purchase, that is not a problem. Send us an email and we will be more than happy to issue you a refund. We currently have over 2000 people on a waiting list to purchase firearms should they become available. You will not be able to reorder without going to the back of the line. If it is within the time period we quoted there will be a 20% restocking/cancellation fee. In the event of a federally imposed gun ban preventing the transfer of your firearm to your local dealer we will refund any such orders within 30 days without penalty. All firearms orders must be paid for before being considered for fulfillment.
