To Our GunBroker Customers,
We are sold out of product through the end of February. We are processing our current GunBroker orders and will fill them in the timeframe mentioned in your auction. GunBroker has our account under review for negative feedback due to our failure to respond to over 3500 emails in a timely manner. Imagine that, we have customers sending in checks for their GunBroker auction with no reference number and many cases a money order with no name, and we’re supposed to contact them. Our crystal ball is currently out of service. Since we don’t know who sent it we cant contact them. We then receive FFL’s with no reference to the customer and are expected to guess to which customer it belongs. Now multiply all these incidents by 1000. Most of the emails we can’t get to on GunBroker are ridiculous questions about did you get my check, or did you get my FFL and, of course, they had no reference to either when they were sent. Now the customer goes and posts negative feedback because we didn’t respond to his email in a timely manner instead of looking at the feedback stating the stellar service we provided to our GunBroker customers in the past. So then GunBroker shuts us down so we can’t get online to access our account to contact the customers, kind of a catch-22. To those decent people on GunBroker who have sent us their money and are awaiting product – we will ship according to schedule as we are able due to the changes in the market. If your product cannot be shipped on time or not at all because of a ban we will notify you and discuss your options or refund your money. It is pure madness out there in the market and we thank those people who can appreciate this unique environment and our commitment to filling your order in a timely manner according to the time frame referenced when the order was placed. For those of you who understand, God bless you. We are working around the clock to try to get you your product before a ban is placed on firearms. To those of you who have acted like a bunch of morons, who have commented without the proper facts, who have no clue as to how to run a 10M business, who just don’t get it, well, polite society prevents me from telling you exactly what I think.
