HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
In order to return an AR-15 product or accessory product to TWS you must have a Return
Authorization (RA) number. Contact TWS prior to mailing to obtain an RA number. When
you return a product to TWS the outside of the shipping box must have the RA number plainly
visible or it cannot be accepted. The product must be shipped in its original shipping box. If
that is not possible wrap firearms in bubble wrap properly secured inside the box. TWS
cannot assume liability for shipping damages for an improperly packed package sent back for
return. You must also obtain a tracking number in the event the package is lost in transit.
Please include inside the box a piece of paper with your name, telephone number, email
address, shipping address and a brief description of the reason for the return. Packages must
be sent prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. packages. For security reasons no returns will be
accepted with a Return Authorization number.
CAN I RETURN A FIREARM AFTER I PURCHASE IT?
Unfortunately TWS does not accept the return of AR-15 products or other accessory related
products for return unless they are defective. Otherwise ALL SALES ARE FINAL. TWS strives
to offer the finest quality parts and components on our AR platform weapons and as all
weapons are tested and test fired before leaving our facility. As we have a LIFETIME
WARRANTY for the original purchaser any repairs necessary due to defects in material or
workmanship are covered.
DO YOU HAVE A RESTOCKING FEE FOR PRODUCTS THAT TWS WILL ACCEPT
FOR RETURN THAT ARE NOT DEFECTIVE?
As of January 1, 2013 TWS is not accepting any returns for firearms. All products are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. Please review our complete Warranty on our website for details.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND IF I AM ENTITLED TO ONE?
All refunds to which a customer may be entitled will be sent out approximately 30 days by check. In the event of a gun ban all orders in which we are legally unable to fulfill will be processed for refund in about 30 days.
